Manufacturing and CNC machining recruitment

We recruit the skilled people who keep precision engineering and manufacturing businesses running: CNC machinists and programmers, fabricators and welders, inspectors, maintenance technicians and the technical sales people who win the work.

What we recruit for

Machining: CNC turners and millers, horizontal borers, manual turners and CNC programmers.

Fabrication and assembly: welders, fabricators and mechanical fitters.

Quality: quality inspectors, senior inspectors and forging inspectors.

Maintenance: electrical and mechanical maintenance technicians who keep lines and machine shops running.

Commercial: technical sales, product sales managers and account managers who can talk to engineers as equals.

How the process works

We start with the job, not the job title. Which machines and controls, what materials and tolerances, what volumes, which shift pattern and how much overtime. Two roles both called CNC Miller can need very different people, and getting this right is what stops a hire leaving in the first month.

We then approach people who match, most of whom are not actively looking, and talk the role through with each of them before you see a CV. You see a short list of people who know what the job is and want it.

Hiring at volume

When you need to staff a new contract, a new line or a new shift, one-off introductions are slow. We can run a campaign across several roles at once, or place a consultant inside your business on a fixed monthly fee, working on your tools and to your brand, for as long as the hiring lasts.

Tell us the brief. We will tell you if it is hireable.

Contingent, retained or embedded. We will say before you commit whether the role can be filled at that number, in that location, on that timescale.
