Salarybenchmarks.
What the roles we recruit for are paid, country by country. Each benchmark gives the median salary and the typical range for one role, from Taligent's salary benchmarking model run on a live vacancy, with the month it was made.
The first benchmarks are being checked and will be listed here shortly.
Median, quartiles and what they leave out
The median is the middle of the market for a role: half of comparable roles pay more and half pay less. The typical range runs from the lower quartile to the upper quartile and holds the middle half of roles.
Each figure is a model estimate, not a pay survey, and carries no sample size. Pay for a particular role also moves with the city, the size of the employer and the skills it asks for, so treat a benchmark as a starting point and talk to us before you set a salary for a specific hire.
Tell us the brief. We will tell you if it is hireable.
Contingent, retained or embedded. We will say before you commit whether the role can be filled at that number, in that location, on that timescale.
