RecSign Desk: eSign for contracts and more
Send 120 parcels a contract year, issued upfront and carried forward, with 1 user included. Employment contracts and offer letters signed in the browser and filed against the placement; contractors submit timesheets, you approve them, and we invoice from the approved figure.

Our standard 7 days becomes 21, so an invoice lands inside a normal payment run rather than beside it.

A rebate is the worse outcome for both of us, because you still have the vacancy. Every member gets a replacement search at no further fee, offered first. Taking the money instead is your call, and we will not argue about it.
