Head of Product, Hybrid 3 days in Manchester
A strong product vision means little if quality slips, estimates go unchallenged and delivery drifts. Your job is to make sure that never happens.
You'll run the product management function for an enterprise software business, turning leadership's vision into shipped product. You'll own the operating rhythm across concurrent projects, agree budgets and scope upfront.
You'll raise the quality bar. You'll critique products precisely, coach Product Managers towards trusted, independent decisions and make quality part of the process before engineering time is spent.
This is an operator-coach role with a clear route to greater autonomy. You'll work across Product, Engineering and Quality.
Package
Up to £110k, permanent, Manchester. Benefits include 25 days' annual leave with buy and sell options, pension, life insurance, Healthshield, learning platform access, cycle to work scheme, mobile phone reimbursement, plus free gym membership and Friday lunch for office-based staff.
What you'll need
- Product leadership in a high-execution setting, including end-to-end delivery, coaching direct reports and raising a team's quality bar
- B2B, B2C or enterprise SaaS experience, including complex, multi-tenant or AI-heavy products, plus exposure to high-ownership cultures
- Fluency in modern AI tooling and automation
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
