We're looking for a highly analytical Business Analyst to join a fast-growing AI technology company and work directly with the founders and Executive team on strategy, operations and growth.
This is a hybrid analyst/operator role. Some weeks you'll be modelling a strategic decision; others you'll be helping solve an operational bottleneck, coordinating teams or driving a special project forward.
Unlike traditional consulting, you won't stop at the recommendation. You'll frame the problem, build the analysis, challenge your conclusions and work directly with the people implementing the decision.
What You'll Do:
- Own strategic and operational analyses end-to-end, from defining the problem through to presenting recommendations.
- Build financial models, business cases, forecasts and KPI dashboards used by leadership.
- Analyze areas such as pricing, growth, retention, unit economics and business performance.
- Turn ambiguous business questions into structured, data-driven recommendations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and help design and implement better processes.
- Run high-impact special projects across teams, keeping stakeholders and delivery on track.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, performance reviews and strategic materials.
- Work directly with founders and senior leadership on decisions that influence company growth.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or another quantitative discipline.
- Around 2-4 years of experience within a Big4 or comparable consulting firm, ideally within Strategy or Operations.
- Strong financial modelling skills, including P&Ls, business cases, unit economics, ROI and payback analysis.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups and sensitivity analysis.
- Understanding of subscription and growth metrics such as MRR/ARR, CAC, LTV, retention and cohort analysis.
- Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to work through ambiguous problems independently.
- Ability to create clear, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations from scratch.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- High ownership, strong communication and confidence working independently in a fast-moving remote environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience within technology, AI, consumer products, media, gaming or high-growth start-ups would be particularly valuable.
AI experience isn't required, but genuine curiosity about how AI tools can improve analysis and day-to-day work is a plus.
Important:
The company operates an AI companionship platform that includes uncensored/NSFW-generated content, so you must be fully comfortable working on the business side of products within this environment.
Benefits:
Fully remote
