Senior Product Manager

  • Greece

  • Negotiable

We're looking for a highly hands-on Technical Product Manager to join a fast-growing AI technology company and help build and scale a consumer platform used by 50M+ users.

This isn't a traditional Product Manager role built around specs, roadmaps and handoffs. We're looking for a builder, someone who can identify an opportunity, analyze the data, prototype a solution using AI, contribute code, launch an experiment and measure what happens next.

Working directly with the Co-founder & CTO and embedded within an engineering squad, you'll operate at the intersection of Product, AI, Data and Engineering, with significant autonomy to test ideas and ship improvements quickly.

What You'll Do:

  • Own product initiatives end-to-end, from identifying the problem through building, launching, measuring and iterating.
  • Use AI coding tools to prototype and ship functional product changes and experiments.
  • Run rapid A/B tests, growth experiments and feature iterations.
  • Analyze user behaviour and product data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
  • Define success metrics, measure results and determine what should be improved, scaled or stopped.
  • Contribute through engineering workflows, including code and pull requests, rather than relying entirely on handoffs.
  • Work closely with designers, engineers and the CTO to take ideas from concept to production.
  • Identify blockers early, challenge assumptions and keep projects moving.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience personally building and shipping something functional using AI coding tools, whether a product feature, experiment, prototype, workflow or tool.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar.
  • Strong data fluency and the ability to connect metrics directly to product decisions.
  • Experience running A/B tests, product experiments, growth initiatives or data-driven feature iterations.
  • Enough technical understanding to prototype, contribute code and work effectively alongside engineers.
  • A high-agency, maker mindset, you prefer testing an idea by making it real rather than waiting for a complete specification.
  • Strong product judgement and genuine attention to the quality of the user experience.
  • Confidence operating independently within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

AI should already be part of how you work every day. We're looking for someone who independently experiments with new tools and workflows rather than only using AI when a project requires it.

Nice to Have:

Experience within a fast-scaling consumer/D2C technology company would be particularly valuable, alongside experience with consumer-facing products, growth, gaming, entertainment, avatars or other highly interactive digital products.

Design fluency and the ability to independently prototype a usable UI would also be advantageous.

Important:

The company operates an AI companionship platform that includes uncensored/NSFW-generated content, so you must be fully comfortable building products and experiences within this environment.

Benefits:

Fully remote

Paid Time Off: 4 weeks (20 working days) of PTO per year

Annual Gathering: A yearly in-person meetup to connect, brainstorm, and celebrate wins

Health & Wellness Support: Monthly allowance of 100 USD for health insurance expenses & access to unlimited 1:1 sessions with psychologists and lifestyle experts through OpenUp (also available to up to three of your family members)

Company Laptop & Equipment: Laptop provided + monitor budget up to 250 USD + keyboard/mouse/mic/headphones budget up to 150 USD
