The role requires a blend of project management, business analysis, and hands-on implementation, QA, and support. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the investment management industry and the critical role that technology plays in driving success. Responsibilities:Lead projects and act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and customise their software accordingly.Discuss product blueprints, conduct analysis, and maintain business requirements and functional specifications documentation.Coordinate cross-functional teams (including software developers, system engineers, and QA specialists) to ensure smooth progress across the software development lifecycle and release schedule.Identify potential project risks early and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.Perform formal (automated or manual) QA of deliverables.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure optimal software usage for existing clients.
