Public Sector Presales ManagerOn behalf our partner, a leading global software solutions provider with strong presence in Europe, the Middle East, America, Asia and Africa, we are looking for a Presales Manager to join their team in Athens. This position is focused on the Greek public sector and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of public services by identifying and designing software solutions in government and public authorities.The public sector Presales Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the presales team supporting public sector projects and clients. The role includes strategic planning, development of high-quality technical and commercial proposals, sales support for tender processes, and ensuring full compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements.What You Will Do:Develop and execute presales strategy for the public sector in alignment with the sales departmentConduct and propose use-cases addressing various public sector needsAnalyze and document technical solutions and requirementsParticipate in customer meetings to identify needs and present proposed solutionsConduct prospective projects' pre-costing, P&L and pricing; complete tenders' financial sectionsRespond to RFP's/RFQ'sEstablish timelines and task ownership for each tender responseEnsure compliance with technical, legal, and procurement requirementsReview completeness, accuracy, and competitiveness of submissionsIntegrate innovative elements (e.g., Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity) into proposalsAssess and mitigate risks related to contractual terms, timelines, and technical specificationsTrack trends, regulatory changes, and upcoming public tendersIdentify opportunities through platforms such as ESIDIS and EU-funded programsDefine strategic positioning for proposed solutions in competitive bidsCollaborate with Marketing to develop targeted campaignsWork closely with Technical Director, Account Managers, and Delivery Director to ensure optimal solution design and positioningLead, mentor, train, and evaluate the presales teamAssign tasks, manage workload distribution, and monitor performanceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in Presales or Solution Consulting, including at least 3 years in a leadership positionProven knowledge of public sector tender procedures (ESIDIS, RFPs, RFQs)Experience in drafting technical proposals and conducting solution presentationsExcellent leadership, communication, and project management skillsProficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and bid management toolsFluency in Greek and EnglishExperience with ERP, CRM, or e-Government solutionsCertifications such as PMP, ITIL, or formal Presales methodologies will be considered a plusKnowledge of Cloud technologies and Cybersecurity frameworks will be considered a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive remuneration packageMeal VouchersMedical & Life Insurance PlanNew experiences within a multinational environment and global teamsTeam spirit environment with passion for technologyDevelopment opportunities within a market-leading, fast-growing organization
