First Achieves engineering department are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator

to join our client's team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have hands-on

experience especially with Mazak Variaxis machines and be confident setting, operating, and

machining high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

* Setting and operating Mazak Variaxis CNC machines

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

* Producing components to tight tolerances and quality standards

* Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments where required

* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator

* Experience with Mazak Variaxis machines preferred but not essetnial

* Ability to read technical drawings

* Strong attention to detail and quality
