Deburr Operator - Glasgow
Are you detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision? We're recruiting a Deburr Operator for our client's Glasgow facility, where you'll play a key role in finishing high-precision metal components to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do:
As a Deburr Operator, you'll be responsible for preparing and perfecting metal parts by removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections. Key responsibilities include:
Inspecting components for burrs, sharp edges, and surface defects
Operating deburring tools such as hand files, sanders, grinders, and rotary tools
Following blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards to ensure precise finishes
Using microscopes or magnifiers for detailed deburring work when necessary
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area

Qualifications & Experience:
Educated to standard grade level

Previous deburring experience is a plus, but full training will be provided
