The Role

You'll be part of a dedicated workshop team producing high-quality, custom metal components - primarily serving the commercial roofing sector. This is a hands-on role requiring technical skill, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components to precise specifications

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately

  • Safe and efficient use of fabrication machinery and hand tools

  • Ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety standards

  • Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication.

  • Experience within the roofing or construction industry advantageous but not essential

  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and fabrication techniques
