About the Role:
The Regional BDM seeks sales opportunities in the assigned region as well as maintains customer relationships within a defined account base, to meet and exceed the agreed sales targets through the sale of Profile Software solutions. Furthermore, he/she has a significant local & international experience in selling Banking & Investment Software Solutions.
What You Will Need To Do:
· Independently create and manage a robust sales pipeline, leveraging extensive professional networks and collaborating with headquarters to drive consistent lead generation.
· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking, targeted outreach, and innovative marketing initiatives, consistently creating interest among high-potential clients.
· Lead the development of tender documents, high-impact sales proposals, and persuasive client presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational objectives.
· Strategically grow revenue streams by capitalizing on and expanding existing client relationships.
· Develop and nurture strong business partnerships with clients across C-suite and operational levels, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
· Expertly negotiate agreements with new clients and regularly re-negotiate existing contracts to maximize value for both parties.
· Continuously monitor competitor activity, analyze market trends, and implement effective strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
· Uphold exceptional customer satisfaction across assigned accounts, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and client success.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly desirable and considered an asset.· Minimum of 5 years' proven success in senior software solutions sales within Banking and Wealth Management sectors, both locally and internationally.
· Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding sales results, drive revenue growth, and consistently exceed demanding targets in challenging environments.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels and building lasting professional relationships.
· Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for achieving goals.
· Proven ability to thrive under pressure, effectively multitask, and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
· Strong team player with the capability to lead, mentor, and inspire others toward shared objectives.
· Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving skills, bringing creative solutions to complex challenges.
· Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English.
