Key Responsibilities

  • Run workshops (SVW/Explore) (or assist SM) to capture business needs, align roles, and validate requirements.
  • Translate customer requirements into solution blueprints and BRDs
  • Configure OneDealer modules according to the solution blueprint
  • Maintain and complete the configuration checklist for projects
  • Support DEV team with clarifications & data/requirements analysis
  • Execute integration and functional tests to ensure delivered solution quality
  • Provide structured feedback to the product team (issues, gaps, bugs) back to Product/DEV team
  • Provide customer key/end user trainings
  • Create customer documentation (manuals, training materials)
  • Provide customer support (on/off site)
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants and Project Managers to keep delivery on track
  • Deliver customer-facing demos (Show and Tell) and support solution acceptance
