The Role

You'll be responsible for surveying, fabricating, welding (if qualified), and assembling piping systems-delivering high standards of workmanship in line with industry regulations and customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Measure, cut, shape, and bend piping sections to precise tolerances.

  • Prepare and fabricate steel pipes for various projects.

  • Install and secure piping systems with appropriate supports/brackets.

  • Undertake welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, GMAW, FCAW) as qualified.

  • Work with a range of materials: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Cunifer, and Aluminium.

  • Ensure safety and compliance with CDM regulations and HSE standards.

  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and wear PPE as required.

  • Represent the company professionally onsite and offsite.


What You'll Bring

  • Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs confidently

  • Skilled in accurate measurement and pipe fitting techniques

  • Proficient with hand and power tools

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork

  • Flexibility to work at height, in confined spaces, and travel if needed

  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts when required


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • SVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant trade

  • Prior experience in an engineering or fabrication setting

  • Familiarity with CDM site operations and relevant ISO standards

  • Knowledge of hydrostatic and pneumatic testing

  • Full clean UK driving licence


Working Hours

Full-time - 38 hours per week (flexibility for overtime may be required)

Dayshift.
