Model: On site (Monday to Friday)
Location: Moschato, Athens
Salary: 900 - 1,000 Euros net + extra
Duties:
* Customer support and resolution of technical problems (hardware & software).
* Answering incoming phone calls and e-mails within the framework of call center operation.
* Instructions and guidance to partners and customers regarding technical issues.
* Remote resolution of technical problems.
* Monitoring systems and applications using monitoring tools to ensure smooth operation (24/7).
* Error analysis and troubleshooting in Linux and Windows environments.
* Maintaining procedures and recording actions through a ticketing system.
Hours - Shifts:
The support department operates in alternating shifts (morning/afternoon), 7 days a week, in order to ensure continuous coverage.
Required Qualifications:
* Technical training in Electronics, Information Technology or a related subject.
* Experience in supporting hardware and software applications.
* Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to provide telephone and remote support.
* Driver's license.
