Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic project plans, ensuring clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead technical team meetings, addressing challenges and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Oversee the end-to-end rollout of both hardware and software.
  • Ensure quality assurance at every stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources for each project.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through post-project reviews and continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management of ICT projects which include both software and installation of hardware on the field.
  • Experience in management of field installations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with experience in setting project guidelines.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
