Technical Support Manager
Model: On site (5 days in the office)
Location: Moschato, Athens
Salary: 1,300 - 1,400 Euros net
Duties:
* Coordination of a technical team for on-site interventions and customer support (on-site support).
* Ensuring compliance with the agreed response and recovery times based on SLA.
* Repair of field devices and management of spare parts warehouse.
* Monitoring and recording technical support requests through a ticketing system.
* Training new technicians and ensuring the technical proficiency of the team.
* Organizing and monitoring trips and missions for equipment delivery and installation teams.
Required Qualifications:
* Degree in Electronics, Computer Science or related field.
* Experience in hardware repairs, especially in portable or field devices.
* Previous experience in coordinating technical teams or support projects.
* Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
* Ability to manage time and organize travel.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Driving license (category B).
Desirable Qualifications:
* Knowledge of electrical engineering or electronics.
* Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira).
