About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our client's team. This role goes beyond standard administrative tasks - you will play a key part in supporting our Project Managers, helping them track the progress of projects, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What you will do

  • Provide general office support to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.
  • Assist Project Managers in tracking project progress and following up on key actions.
  • Help prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Support in organising meetings, preparing agendas, and keeping track of decisions and next steps.
  • Coordinate between different teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Monitor deadlines and flag any potential delays to the project team.
  • Take part in improving internal processes and supporting team initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed, such as managing supplies and assisting with event organisation.

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the confidence to support senior team members.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Ideally, some familiarity with supporting projects or teams in a professional services environment.
