The opportunity has arisen for an experienced machine shop supervisor to join their growing team.The role entails encouraging welders & machine operators to produce quality components in the best possible time frame. Main Duties of the RoleSetting and operating of conventional horizontal boring machine.Motivating team to produce 1st class quality products and get all work together.Operating various machine tools: e.g. lathe, milling machineWorking to tight tolerances.Inspection of work through the manufacturing process.Assist in the creation of standard working procedures for typical processes.Adhering to good housekeeping practices, to ensure all equipment and working areas are clean and tidy.
