About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Grinder / Manual Grinder to join our clients team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and time-served professional to work with precision engineering components, operating both CNC and manual grinding machines in a dynamic and quality-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate manual and CNC grinding machinery (surface and cylindrical)

  • Load raw materials and unload finished products

  • Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain quality output

  • Interpret technical drawings and work to exacting customer tolerances

  • Adhere strictly to safety procedures, company standards, and documented processes

  • Log production activity and report any machine faults or safety issues

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks

  • Ensure machines are stocked with appropriate tools and materials to minimize downtime

  • Support production requirements during peak demand periods
