IT Support Manager (Fluent German speaking) - Frankfurt A national managed Services Provider with 35+ years operating experience within Europe specializing in providing professional services and IT Managed Services to the insurance, Finance and retail sectors are seeking a fluent German speaking Service Desk Support Manager to be based in their Frankfurt HQ to manage their Technical Support team consisting of 1st/2nd/3rd Line support field engineers responsible for troubleshooting client escalations
The ideal candidate will be Fluent German Speaking IT Support Manager with experience of managing a mixed service desk of 1st & 2nd line engineers looking for a business-critical position within the business.
Manage support team ensure escalations are dealt with in accordance with agreed SLAs
Recruitment, Mentor Coach and develop engineers to help them fulfill their full potential
Owner to the incident request, change and escalation processes
Manage the Service delivery to clients
Manage shift Rota
Prior experience managing an IT Support function
Managing 3rd party relationships
Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016
SAN & NAS Storage
