Overview:
An International Car Manufacturer is seeking an IT Support Engineer to be based in their site in Munich mainly responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line network & infrastructure support to the companies infrastructure estate and end-user support.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced 1st & 2nd line IT Support Engineer who is seeking an opportunity to move into a 3rd line IT Support position.
Requirements & Responsibilities
As an IT Support Engineer, your responsibility is to provide 1st & 2nd Line IT Support to most of the technologies below. Training and mentoring will be provided for technologies you lack experience with providing that you are experienced with majority of the technologies below.
Windows 10, Android, Windows Mobile 6.1
Web portal system update and management
Networking basics (CCNA certification, at least some of the levels; knowledge in HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS, SSH, TELNET, SNMP, FTP)
Mobile Device Management (Intune, AirWatch, SCCM)
Image Management (MDT, Autopilot)
Application Packaging (Orca, AdminStudio, MSIX, App-V AppX, AppDNA)
Group Policy, Configuration Baselines, DSC, On-prem or Azure AD
Microsoft platforms including Configuration Manager CB
Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
SCCM Operating System Deployment (PXE, Feature Updates, In Place Upgrades)
SCOM (System Center Operation Manager)
PowerShell automation and administration
VBScript automation and administration
Microsoft server certification (MCP, MCTS, MCSA, MSCE)
Deployed applications to endpoints using SCCM or other remote tools (HEAT, RES)
Automated complex software installation or API integration via PowerShell and Bash
Designed, configured, and implemented a device management solution to support 10k+ devices
Client communication
