What will you do as the Infrastructure Security Team Lead?
-You will line manage a team of 5 engineers who will be analysing and securing new internal applications and products
-You will ensure transformations and data center migrations run smoothly as the business continues expanding globally
-You will work closely with stakeholders and team leaders to ensure a consistent strategy and approach to the security of products and processes at the business
-You will also carry out risk assessments and ensure that risks are tightly managed and appropriate architecture is in place

What experience will you have as the perfect Infrastructure Security Team Lead?
-You will have several years of experience of strong all-round infrastructure security positions 
-You will be comfortable working with hands-on procedures like implementing virtualisation and containerisation as well as good people management skills
-You'll have put together risk assessments for fintech businesses before, and developed security frameworks and procedures
-You will have managed security engineers previously and have worked closely with stakeholders
-You might also have some security forensics experience
