As the Head of Brokerage, what skills will the ideal candidate have?

-You'll have over 10 years of strong fintech and trading experience, with at least 5 years of executive leadership experience alongside that
-You will have an in depth understanding of forex, trading, and brokerage products from both retail and institutional clients perspectives
-You'll have outstanding leadership qualities and have managed teams for international businesses before
-You will also have a background of using Metatrader 4/5 technologies and understanding their architecture and infrastructure
