After the completion of this project, you will join the business’ Engineering Management Team, which consists of six Engineering Managers.
Each managing their own respective area within the facility, all of the Engineering Management team adopt a hands-on, teamwork approach reporting to the Head of Engineering and working on a day-shift pattern, although you will be required to be on call, as per the rota.
The successful candidate will develop and lead the medium to long-term operational plans of the site, whilst being a role model that underpins a culture of operational excellence, high performance, continuous improvement, people management and development, as well as the active engagement of all staff.
They will focus on delivering and meeting the needs of both internal and external customers and be responsible for cascading and delivering on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and responsibilities, as directed by site management, and in particular the Site Manager and Engineering Manager.
We are looking to speak with Time-Served, Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers with experience of Managing Projects, ideally within the Food industry.

Given the industry our client operates within, it is essential that you have a real appreciation for urgency.
Our client can produce thousands, upon thousands of units per hour, so minimal downtime is absolutely critical.
You must have an open mind, be flexible in your approach and have a continuous improvement mindset throughout.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing, continuously improving and highly successful business in a brand-new role, created purely on the basis of the company's growth. You will be a part of its success story and, as a result, will be rewarded with an exceptional base salary and an impressive benefits package.
