The Role

  • Design products/tooling to meet customer specifications, ensuring alignment with company capabilities.
  • Produce all required drawings and documentation to support the design process.
  • Recommend and implement system modifications to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compile detailed working manuals and records to facilitate smooth forging operations.
  • Understanding of equipment processes and materials characteristics
  • Collaborating with various departments in the manufacturing process
  • Data Analysis

The Candidate

  • Engineering Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Relevant experience in an engineering business.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software
  • Strong IT skills
  • Highly organised, with a flexible approach to working.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident, energetic, and enthusiastic.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive working attitude.
